Weighing 250 Pounds is No Good

Arg. So Recently I weighed in at a (not so) cool 250 pounds. I think I was bloated that day, but I am still up over 240, which is a lot considering that I was 185 a few years ago.

It is time I start making some changes with how healthy I live. I need to lead a more active lifestyle. So I may as well blog about it. Plus now if I am at the computer and am not exercising just staring at the monitor will remind me of this site and how bad I need to exercise.

As a bonus, I figure I will probably enjoy life on the web much more if I start enjoying life off the web the way it was meant to be.
